I had the same kind of experience several times. It didn't last any longer than yours but I felt like I was expanded to everywhere. That I was everywhere like I had expanded out to all the universe.

In other words,do not become brain washed by other people campaigning to make the masses (you) belive in their false idea's in order to accomplish their agenda,hence,(identifying yourself )with false beliefs...
a great saint was taking bath in a river. a crow was watching him. why do you go back from river if you get dirty again crow asked. man replied because i have many thing to do i have children and farm and cattle. crow replied well i am not cleaning my self everyday but you get dirt every day and you never clean your self. man thought that this crow is insane and he moved to his house but first time he started thinking about Nightingale and he started to listen to her. then crow has to wait for him more everyday
