Ok but pipe lagging out side is no good unless it’s water proof in its self . You need to rap it with neoprene and join it with glue. Because pipe lagging will ingress water and freeze its self .

Hi there, this pipe lagging is UV, waterproof, and frost resistant, it was manufactured with outside use in mind.
