Compassion is the best motivation to fully commit to a vegan lifestyle intended to cause the least harm to animals. A diet based solely on your health including weight loss is like any other diet that you cheat on. Cheating while being a vegan is tantamount to animal cruelty.
I would try green juice.. that looks good.. I eat mostly cooked (hardly anything processed.. we eat mostly home cooked made from scratch) ... But haven't tried green juice yet.. defo better than juicing your fruits ...
I wish I would have listened to my gut. I was vegan for 18 years. I now eat meat and dairy. I feel so much better... all the depression and anxiety are gone and I look amazing if I dare say so!

Look up Dr.Anthony Chafee, plant based diet is not good for you and this has to stop. I assure you this guy supplements a lot, and is full of oxalates and possibly kidney stones.
Not eating meat, and eating more plants, is a huge step. Be proud of yourself for getting this far. It's been a lifetime quest for me, and a learning process, for sure. You can select a day here and there to be dairy free, if you like, and still not commit to it. See how you feel. It's not a natural food for humans, and when I went back to it I always got sick, again. Respiratory, and joint problems. Congratulations on your progress.

I have had similar results, but I went carnivore diet. Lost a lot of weight very quickly, my lipomas have almost disappeared, my skin is like it was when I was in my 20’s. I eat a delicious steak everyday and don’t feel hungry the rest of the time. I wish I had known about this diet sooner in my life.

There's no question that a whole foods, plant-based diet is superior to the standard American diet however I suspect that the carnivore diet or an animal-based ancestral diet may be even better.
Giving up plant based changed my life. I was plant based for like 5 years and thought I was healthy. Now I eat most meat,eggs, raw milk and a little fruit and am an absolute animal compared to what I was when I ate only plants. There's a reason these dudes do a few great things and then have to quit. The body can't last at the highest levels for too long on a plant based diet. Rich had some amazing moments. You're an inspiration. I'm vegan over 3 years, but still eat too much junk and prop up my anxiety with alcohol, but not huge amounts. Just started mindfulness meditation.
Eat big salads: Romaine lettuce, spinach, other greens, tomatoes, peppers, parsley, onions if you like. Green beans, pinto beans, black beans. All good examples. I still eat some grass fed hamburger though and grass fed steak once or twice a week or wild caught salmon. I eat pasture raise eggs a couple times a week too. I stay away from processed foods like cookies, crackers and chips. Eat mostly natural. Drink purified water. I like herbal teas too. Take milk thistle for your liver. Fruit is good too. But don't over do it.
Check out Dr Ekberg Wellness for life on TH-cam one of the best holistic Drs on TH-cam a very well rounded doctor. Its best if u educate yourself first before switching to plant based. A lot of these plant base people are vegan but eat a lot of processed “vegan” stuff. He goes into detail and also explains how some plants are are also bad for humans. A lot of these plant based people say shit like “well a gorilla eats nothing but plants and they are stronger than us” which is a stupid argument. We don’t have the same digestive system as a gorilla our bodies cant break those plants down the same way a gorilla does. Lentils are a great source of protein but like I said do some research educate yourself so u can start a plant based diet the right and healthy way instead of doing what the majority of plant based people do. Eating fake meat and other stuff that replicate animal products are all processed and should be avoided!
Lots of whole plant food seems like a good idea but not exclusively plant foods. There are things provided in meat that we are unable to get in plant foods, including B12, carnosine, and others. If the vegan diet was a perfect diet, then why do they need to supplement?
Do some research into your B12 comment….farm animals now days are also supplemented with B12 as it’s no longer naturally occurring in the soil their grass grows in from over spraying and processing. We used to get B12 from the soil our veggies grow in also. B12 is not naturally occurring in your meat!

Did you ever stop to think that maybe this pain is due to his decades of eating a poor diet before he went vegan? 90% of b12 supplments are fed to livestock.
