Live Osprey nest (Zoom Camera) | RSPB Loch Garten

This is our Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) camera, showing the Loch Garten Osprey nest. It is movable, and therefore might give you a better idea of what is taking place off the nest. Often our Ospreys can be seen at favourite perches eating fish and other wildlife might be seen too!
This camera is controlled by the centre staff during work hours, so please be gracious if you find it staring at an empty tree! The birds react quicker than the staff are sometimes able.
Season 2024
April 6th: Brodie, our male, arrives
April 7th: Asha, our female, arrives
April 21st: first egg laid at 10:47
April 24th: second egg laid at 14:06
April 27th: third egg laid at 13:05
May 5th: Male Blue KL5 (Hatched 2020 Loch Ness) claimed the nest and destroyed all three eggs.
