I came to the comments just to see if anybody else noticed their tea thing. Was not disappointed! What a great way to add depth to the story without extra dialogue.
Fun fact: Charles Shaughnessy in fact had 2 nanny's himself as a child! In his own words One nanny was named nanny Hope and she was definitely tough as nails and not the easiest person to connect with!
« - Oh That’s nothing, I had a schnauzer that gave me more trouble… - Nanny, are you comparing Miss Fine to a dog ? - Not at All, Schnauzer had a pedigree » 😆 Oh Cloris Leachman, she was such a brillant actress… She passed away few months ago, may she Rest In Peace.
I could totally rewatch all the season again. Despite being a little dated with some of the references like Blockbuster or Letterman, the jokes still land when it counts. Such a great show!
I think they, or at least some of them, were in the "Strange Bedfellows" episode, when Fran got drunk at a nanny's retirement party and ended up in bed w/Mr. Sheffield.
I never understood how come Niles and Nanny Müler had an affair... Wasn't he Maxwell's age? Haven't they grown up together? Wasn't Niles' father Maxwell's father's butler? If she raised Maxwell since he was a baby she must have met Niles when he was little too...
What for? To me diminished to the pc agenda until there is nothing funny at all? No thanks. I rather watch the old ones and hope that one day those times of free thinking and speech will be back.
Wow she just RADIATED big passive-aggressive energy at dinner! And the hangout with the other nannies is so true with our domestic help here. They have their own social club and they are the best source of gossip.
@@rosycandyhaven I stopped watching the show when it started turning into a chick flick. And the fact that Fran seized every opportune moment she could to either flirt or sleep with Maxwell was disrespectful to his house AND his kids. Between this man-hungry nanny and her controling mother, the only thing remotely funny about this show was Niles and C.C...!
I like how the other nannies get along with Fran.
Who wouldn't get along with Fran. Fran is just awesome
"GRACIE STOP STARRING UP AT THE SUN!!!"
It's a crime how no one is talking about this cute, very loving, and very hilarious moment from Fran!!
You kidding? That scene killed me too!
I love how Fran flirts. It is the level of effortless that I'm striving for.
it's almost as if it was scripted!
😂😂😂👏
50% practice - 50% innate talent 😏😁
Fran is so gorgeous!
@@enzolima3662 scripted but her talent nailed it.
I love how they didn’t even have to ask each other about having tea, they both did there part to get tea ready to sit down and talk 😊
That's the little details I love. The whole scene feels so natural.
It kinda makes us think that they can subconsciously read each other’s minds.
I came to the comments just to see if anybody else noticed their tea thing. Was not disappointed! What a great way to add depth to the story without extra dialogue.
Like a long time married couple.
it's ideal "show, don't tell" writing
For the non-Spanish people this is what Lupe said: “I don’t know what I’m going to do, that man is making me crazy”.

Thanks Don.
Thank you Don

When she started singing “in my own little corner” I lost it ahahhaha

She ended up being the stepmother... Though she would've been a better Cinderella... Damn playwrights!!

@@danieldostermanntvBack then it was a common problem for people to "hide" their heritage to fit in.

I am part of the people but I don't understand the part of "guilt"
I love when Fran talks to the other nannies at the park.
Miss oh-so- Fine looks great in that uniform but even better at the end of the ep when she altered it to her style *whew*
“I’ll leave the shaker. On the table. With the family. In the dining room” lol
Fran looks fantastic in that uniform. What an amazing actress, you can notice she's sad when she said she belong to the kitchen.
This clip cut out the best part, with Nanny Murller and Niles running down the stairs and Fran and Mr. Sheffield realizes that they are a thing.
Omg I forgot that part hahahahahahah
"... Things that go bump in the night.." 🤣
Fran-So does that mean my job's not in jeopardy?
Maxwell-No more than usual 😍
Exactly this is the most important thing kids were happy with Fran as she helped them a lot.
So no one talked about her defiant curtsey? 😂😂😂 Absolutely love Miss Fine 🤣🤣😍😍💙💙
I just love how naturally in tune they were with the tea
It always brings a smile to my face to see Cloris Leachman show up in an old tv show or movie :)

Mary's gone to visit Roda long term now too.
