2024 Year in Review - Blades of Glory

2024 was an amazing year for Blades of Glory. In addition to running festivals (Hastings Medieval & Hastings D&D Festivals), we also had many sword fighting shows. We ran our Educational Medieval Park for Grade 4 year-end school trips and opened up our park for other events throughout the summer in Hastings, Ontario, Canada. We hosted our HEMA tournament, which attracted competitors from as far away as Hong Kong and China.
We were excited to open up our park in October for the 2nd year for our Haunted Medieval History guided tour.
We created a couple of new events: Medieval Christmas Market (in November) and a weekly D&D event at an amazing Gothic style church.
Blades of Glory has a great group of dedicated people plus a great group of sword fighters (HEMA, Armoured Combat, & students) who make Blades of Glory an amazing place to work.
We are looking forward to 2025!
