Omg the eyes of a cat. That leopard picture is just stunning. The interaction between lions I could watch all day, its fascinating. Thanks for the video.
This channel has the best wildlife videography.
I agree 100%
Try CS-WildCam
In terms of how calm the narrator is and how they try not to make too much noise when filming, my two favorites are this channel and cs-wildcam by Christof.
Thank you for describing it, i mentioned to someone that is something you have to be there to get the full effect. Great job S8 is missed but not forgotten. His legacy continues. Thank you for sharing.
A brave stand by those youngsters. Hopefully they will make it to adulthood!
Those manes are almost full. Safe to say a few more months and they’re full grown.
Omg how beautiful is this leapord. Those eyes. That face. That look. Lionville is up for grabs again. Beautiful. ❤
Tristan you will be Awarded for your Content🏆
Redhawk Leopard is so handsome🐆
Son of RRM looks good but his sister is injured. Always a pleasure to see the Nharus walking (same with the Nkuhumas)🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾
Kruger Male seems to be full of action drama but Sons of S8 be like "Don't let our peaceful demeanor fool you. We're Not Afraid of You!" They will move on to takeover their own Pride in due time. Well Done, You Are Your Father's Sons. Stay United and Secure Daddy's Legacy🦁🦁
That’s S8 sons…my boyeez protecting the pride🖤
Tristan Epic video again. S 8 male would be so proud of his sons if he was still here on earth.. These boys look just there father. They are gonna be some tough boys in there prime. S 8 male is dearly missed and will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
He would absolutely be proud. True testament to the magnificent S8 King
They're not sired by the S8 male, they're sired by the Mlthinewane Males. I know that's not the right spelling, but I know there were two of them, and they were the sons of the old BlackDamn male, one of the biggest males to have even been recorded, his skull that is. And his two treacherous Son's killed him after he was badly injured in a Buffalo hunt. But don't take it to heart, because a lot of people assume S8 was the father, but they were already born when S8 took over the Imbalie Pride. But what you can take solace in, is that like a true Titan, S8 raised them Boyz, so yes your right he would be PROUD
It must be an amazing experience to be so close to the king of beasts ❤ especially while he is roaring.
Exquisite Sightings With Picturesque Viewing!
The Imbali Boys are already a force, they're looking mighty powerful and stunning. They were amazing and handled the situation very well. S8 would be very proud of them and may they live long victorious lives. Hopefully, the missing brother will show up. I love how the brothers pounced into action when Kruger Male got too close to the smaller brother. The Nharus are always a wonderful treat to see. I enjoyed the diversity of the beautiful animals in the footage. Kruger Male is a stunning boy, I can't wait to see if he sustained any war wounds or if he's going to return.
Fantastic Sightings Tristan!
Another stunning video! Thank you, Tristan🙏🏻♥️Red Hawk definitely caught my ♥️ Hope he’s gonna be safe and not ending up in any snare🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
So wonderful to see part of the Nharus with a Red Road Junior - What a handsome lad! Beautiful ellie sighting at the dam! To see S8 Imbali pride is a very special treat🙏🏻 How much those youngsters look like their late dad🥰 Bravo and chapeau to S8’s sons for their courage to show S8 that their sisters aren’t his to rule! So much going on right now! ❤
Hard to express how good the videos are on this channel. This was stunning. The photography is best you get, see, and honest commentary. The Leopard shots at the start are compelling….! You capture the scene , the life, far better than any of the other channels ( with dodgy tourist vids). Genuinely the best you can get, thank you.

Thank you, good for the young boys, they look great, I'd love to see all 3 together, 1 more year these 3 will be a major force, and I couldn't believe how big Red Roads son got, he looked great also, again postive wishes is the see them hang around with Red Road and give some protection to the newest cubs from the Naru females,, Thanks again ,,very exciting action going on !! please, all the boys and females, lions stay safe!! I
Top video ! The quality of the pictures and the comments are really good. The leopard is splendid and has marvellous eyes ! Lions were as often, ... to be seen. The lonely male has done a timid attemp and might be back... however, S8 two olders sons were exceptional and quick to react, they just need a few more months to become stronger than they are atready. We miss S8 for sure but his sons are now taking the lead of the pride and soon we might have two S8 ... awaiting the third and younger brother to join them 🤞
❤ this 🦁 pride, bless them 🙏

Awesome Tristan. Definitely S8's sons !! 😁
The Imbali male was a beast, pretty much fearless. That male achieved so much as a solo male. If the two younger males are anywhere near their father's abilities, they will surely rule for a very long time. Probably another year for them to be ready to move out and forge their own destiny.
Are the lionesses with the younger males their sisters? I thought they were their pride.
@@soloa24 Mothers, aunts, sisters. They are not the pride males, their father was. Their father died very recently due to disease, but he also had some bad injuries. The adult male, known as the Kruger male, that came to the pride territory, used to fight their father. Probably, he started making attempts to move into the territory after the Imbali male died and his roaring stopped, but he now has to deal with the sons who are big enough to take on him together. One on one, the Kruger male would destroy them, he is just too strong for them at this time.
@@stancatalin4272
Thank you for the explanation. What an interesting story. But at this point, they really don’t have to fight the Kruger male, they aren’t necessarily defending their pride with lionesses and cubs. It looks more likely the Kruger male would takeover because the young males would move out to have their own pride.
@@soloa24 It is complicated, nobody can really predict how things will play out, not even the rangers in charge of the wildlife at the reserve. It will depend on the lionesses to accept the Kruger male, I think.
S8 Imbali was injury free (the cash above right eye and scratches on left temple sustained on September 8 2023 all healed up in leas than a month and scarring almost too by November and the cause how he sustained them is overwhelmingly exaggerated speculation) and he died of symptoms that were consistent woth poisoning, likely from rodent poison) and are blatantly inconsistent with official bTB diagnosis which has none of the symptoms s8 Imbali or two lionesses of his pride that died from earlier.

Congrats to VS @Tintswalo. The super-clear resolution, the long and unhurried, almost meditative shots, and the relaxed yet helpful narration combine to make your work possibly the best animal videography ever. Nat Geo and the rest should study your work.

People wonder why any sane man would venture into the darkness occupied by such life as a lion.
You can't appreciate fully just the size, the presence of these beings until you are in proximity, and there's no cage bars between you and them.
We are the only kind to have barely survived and owned the night, but only so much.
Mad respect for this gentleman and his documenting manner of the magnificant being called Lion.
Yes absolutely 💯
I can not believe! I am so impressed by the sons of S8 👏👏👏 just like their father🔥. Kruger Male is known to be very strong and aggressive, I am convinced that the two of them cannot face him, but if there will be all 3 brothers, Kruger Male will not be able to throw them out of pride. I hope that a coalition will take over Imbali pride until their own sons take it over.
great video! thank you!
fabulous..
one of the best
As long as the two keep their nerve and one doesn't run they would kill that bigger male lion. Those two young boys are extremely powerful and when the bigger male is fighting one face to face the other one will be eating the back of his legs up. Doesn't matter how much bigger he is. Very few male lions can fight two on one and be successful, Red road male lion is one that has been successful in that scenario.
Thanks for the content,
The Kruger Male looked like he just ate a whole zebra, probably need to go digest a bit. An Infrared drone would be neat to see.
Nicely walking back
Wow amazing!!!
Thanks!
I keep hearing a toady frog in the back ground
And that was a big mistake by the Kruger male those males now have gained more confidence in that interaction and now will not back down especially if they have the 3rd brother with them
I thought the “3rd brother” wasn’t actually a brother but another young male that they were with for a while. The last 3 times the imbali young males have been seen it’s just been these 2. Do I have my info wrong?
@@blackice1796no
@blackice1796 the 3rd member is called Wonky, we now assume he is S8's son from Imbali breakaway but we can't be sure.
@moonlightcandlez Thanks for the info! Every time I've seen Wonky, he's been on his own. I think I've any seen the 3 together once. I thought wonky was quite a bit older, though?
@blackice1796 Wonky is probably 6, ever since the 3 of them arrived in Djuma together in October, there were several sightings of them together after that. Mel (guide) said she saw the Imbali male with Wonky in November and they were sharing a kill with Talamati breakaway pride after S8's death - the 3 of them were also seen chasing Mohawk Avoca after sharing a kill with him. People now think that Wonky is S8's son as S8 tolerated him (July 5th sunset safari) and because Wonky has stayed the longest with the Imbali boys.
I have a feeling the Kruger male was eyeing up the S8 males sons for coalition partners. The Kruger male didnt show any aggression at all. He walked up to the young males quite calmly. It was the Younger males that decided he had gotten to clothes and decided to throw up the defense. Also The Younger boys didnt chase him very far. This is what leads me to believe the Kruger male is hoping for some coalition partners. If that is the case it will be up to the young males.
Wow another lion fight!
Where is the third?
Lovely footage. One small ask, could you name some of the flowers, trees and shrubs in the shots please?
The Kruger male was chased off by Imbali males!

@ElizabethCarrero-vb9if the 3rd on is nicknamed Wonky I think, not sure if he's a blood brother but some people speculate that he is S8's son from Imbali breakaway
The sons need to move off and find a pride and let the Kruger male take over better for genetics. Glad they stuck up for themselves gives much confidence. At this point with technology you guys really need to buy into infrared cameras. Love how everyone says we don't interfere in wildlife dynamics. We'll shining a giant spotlight on animals always is some sort of disadvantage for the animal. Giving up location or sight.
For one, it isn’t time yet for them to shove off, and that pride has a better chance if a coalition(rather than a single male) takes over.
Light or not, they can all see that guy coming even if no light, not to mention that isn’t ‘active’ human interference. Calm down.
It very much "active" interference when the vehicle is there and shining lights in their faces. It is also distracting. I love how y'all make up excuses and justify all of this mess. Yes, I love seeing the animals, but let's stop playing pretend.@@m.williams4971

3 on 1 the odds are not great of this male that’s being attacked of surviving!
Hope the 3rd S8 son turns up alive. S8 was circulating between them and the Talamati breakaways for a while in the months before his death.
Does this PROVE BEYOND A DOUBT what a couple of 3-4-year-olds can do to a lone adult male? IF the young males are determined, that is. Often, an older pride male might chase off young intruding nomads like this; here, the older male was the intruder, obviously.
Remember when the 3 oldest Kambulas chased the Nwalungus from that carcass, and then elephants interferred?
I thought the "Kruger male" was with the Torchwood pride. Well, maybe he's exploring for more lionesses to mate with, and there are some young ones here who might want to mate in the coming months. S8 had/has a few Imbali daughters, don't forget that.
Well, there's a big difference being a sub old 3 yrs male? these young males are 4 1/2 yr there oldest out of S8 male offspring . Some still in Kruger are which S8 control a super pride called imbla pride which broke up when S8 left the pride..
No way 2 sub male at 3 going to chase away old Kruger male he beast.. these males were born a super pride 2019.. I remember back in late 2020 that first time, s8 inter the sabi sands with his super pride with 21 lions all together and many offspring.. s8 was really one of kind male he's has a lot of offspring still this day in sabi and Kruger.
Two against one makes alot of difference, I don't understand why you are surprised?!

Wow male gets rejected by female!
Yeah I just mentioned that the lioness rejected him I hope nothing happens to the end they should be very cautious and careful do you know if he has any brothers which would be very very concerning
Kruger male is the pride male of the Torchwood pride. He had a brother who passed on. Kruger male is actually a very nice leo himself and has a lots of kids of his own he has been protecting and needs to see to adulthood. Due to him sensing the absence of the S8 Imbali (whom he knew well) and who kept him out, he felt encouraged to step out of territory to look for mating opportunities (S8 did this too to him and Nhuru- try venturing out and mating woth out of his Pride lionesses if he stumbles upon them). I am glad the S8’s sons sent him packing back home where he has lots of beautiful subs and cubs to protect which is not easy especially now that due to poisoning of S8 other leos, prides and coalitions don’t have to go fight S8 to get to him and his pride. In case it helps obviate future confusion- note there is also a torchwood breakway pride which I think formed initially to distract Mantimahale young males from the main torchwood pride who are now the pride males of that breakaways pride. I am not sure how many young Mantimahale males are but could be 3 or 4 of them.
