Great to see them learning to be helpful. It's not something you have to do, it's something you get to do to be a blessing to others. The more they learn to put others first, the better. Also, teach them to pray for others if they can't sleep (losing track of who has trouble:-)) - they won't get long prayers but they can start to think of different needs for others.
