Your iron is probably low honey. Speak with your doctor or OB. You can supplement with slow release iron (to prevent tummy trouble) and vitamin c (for your body to absorb the iron). I get very sick near and during my cycle, if I don’t take iron supplements.

Yes your iron is low. I was like that. And iron pills just didn't absorb good for me would be nauseous and constipated. So I went to a hematologist and I got iron infusions. CHANGED MY LIFE!! I got energy clear thinking helped with my cycles. The doctor will let u know how many iron infusion session u will need. I had 5. They scheduled them out. Infusions is done thru it vein.

They sell refrigerator liners, they work wonders for keeping the Mess to a minimum & it will be less overwhelming to clean also those acrylic bins come in a size that fits the doors perfectly, it helps keep the condiments from sliding around & wanting to fall out & is easier to pick the bin up & clean around & underneath instead of having to pick each one individually etc.. your hair looks so pretty mama! Always pads are the worst, full of chemicals, and not good for the yoni. Since you do have a heavy flow change to all-natural cotton pads, like honey pot, it may help your flow change and be better as well. I switched and saw a huge difference in my flow. Also, cold water makes your flow heavier, try room temperature drinks and teas. You can also do yoni steams, which help detox the yoni, and keeps it healthy.
I really suggest doing your research on this. The Honey Pot has essential oil additives that can be extremely irritating, and yoni steaks have been proven to be both ineffective and unsafe.

The symptoms of that Accutane aren't anything to play with. A lot of people I know that was on it before started feeling signs of depression after taking it. It seems like the bad out weighed the good so I didn't try it.

I do whitening treatment that is prescribed by my dentist and they took molds of my teeth. The trays are soft and flexible and the bleach is 22% I do have a little sensitivity but not to the point where it hurts badly. The trick is to brush your teeth with sensodyne toothpaste before and after the treatment. I leave the tray in my mouth for 2-3 hours. No light is used also. I also do the whitening treatment every other day until I finish the syringe of bleach. You don’t need much because if you over fill the trays and it gets on your gums, it will burn. Use the sensodyne toothpaste while whitening your teeth
