NODDERS dedo on dedo. Simply reacts to SM64 speedrunning, specifically the new Mario 64 120 Star World Record. 1 hour, 37 minutes, and 53 seconds. Pretty cool, almost as cool as Mizkif kicking Simply out of his house for not getting the SM64 Speedrun Record. Now, Simply must survive by reacting to speedrun records. Maybe he could live with Sodapoppin and do cooking streams with Nick and Malena. Though npmlol might cook, simpmom is the goat, as show at Maya and alveus sanctuary halloween event. Anyways, SM64 Speedrunning as gone far, but will people like Batora, cheese, or puncayshun get the SM64 120 Star Record? Will Emiru beat Mizkif in a Super Mario 64 Speedrun race and take his kirby box? So many questions, but all I know is that Mizkif mario and Simply Mizkif are some cool keywords. I think the phrase “art is subjective” is more meant to describe how one appreciates art rather than what makes art, art. I don’t really think that it is subjective that paintings are art, music is art, dance is art, etc. but it 100% is subjective whether or not you appreciate that art form.

1:36 is really just a matter of time imo. Liam seems untouchable right now just like Cheese did back in the day but eventually other runners are gonna catch up and there is gonna be new rivalries pushing that time down.

That last Bowser throw looked like it had an extra large hit box on the bomb. Among several strange things that have happened during this run.
The crazy thing about this run is that he was just 2-3 small mistakes away from beating the record by like 50 seconds. I'm more confident than ever that 1:36 will be done eventually. Especially when the newer strats start to become ubiquitous like the DDD clip and frame walk.
I love these two. Their personalities are like yin and yang. They’re like the friends on the show “Atypical”. Simply is zahid for sure.

I just miss when speedrunners did post-commentary on their runs in the pre-streaming era. React content from top runners is the closest to that. I'd watch Liam reacting to his own run if he did one.

I'd be a bit more specific. When one of my room mates leaves some food out that goes bad and starts to smell, it is technically made by a human and technically induces an experience, but it's not art unless you're insane.

I think art is something that moves you, something like unexplainable bliss, but I could also argue that there is art out there that I know is art but doesn't give me that "unexplainable bliss" feeling, if that makes sense. @@danharpersberger4128 I think one of the most important aspects is purpose from the creator. There has to be some kind of thought made for why, even if the purpose is just "meh, I just felt like it." That's what disqualifies smelly dishes. It wasn't left there on purpose, but because of a lack of purposeful action.
It's difficult to pin down exactly what art is, but I think you can get close if you define it as something purposely created for its own merit rather than a means for a practical goal (e.g. the design of a car is art, but the car itself is not as it's a means for transport).
@@DirtyPoul I asked someone else on the matter and they said it is because art is subjective. You're indeed right that the definition is too broad, which reminded me of the problem in science of defining what a "game" is.

I can only speak for myself, but reaction videos are just doubble the information/content when watching in the background. So why watch the original, haha...
Art is shareable, it can be a book, EXPRESSION is art, expression of feelings, so a book of architecture is not art, a book of poetry is art, you're creating something. Music is art, you are creating melodies and within those melodies expresses something. Anything a human can CREATE is art. Liam think only visuals is art, that's a pretty dumb narrow view of human expression, really.
