It's amazing how simple it is!
Now, instead of a membrane that you manipulate by hand, why not using an huge speaker and send a very low frequency sound (to begin with) and see what effect you can produce on maybe the brick wall (be careful not to match the resonant frequency of the wall... or say bye bye to it).

This is a cool project
Instead of having to load smoke in manually, you should attach a hose to the fog machine and to the inside of the air bazooka so smoke is continuously being added, and you could keep firing without stopping and putting more smoke in.
Gotta try these things out!

Edit: Maybe you could make it into a flame thrower by taking the rings making them flammable and have a little torch at the end to light the rings and make rings of fire. Then if you can do that try lighting a fire with them. Now that I Think about it the rings would just combust then dissapear but maybe you could have flammable smoke then shoot it through the solar scorcher or through a fire and see if that works.

You should make huge and I mean huge smoke canon in your ground yard and make it bigger that the trash can one
As I recall the military wanted to make a giant version that used the reaction gasses from an explosion to create vortices that could take down planes. Long story short, you get diminishing returns the bigger you go.

Ramya Narendran could probably add a box to the top so that the dry ice fog fills the box then goes up a little and over and down a pipe into the can. however I doubt it'll produce enough fog. May be better to have 2 our the such boxes.

this vortex is known as a torris and it is quite stable actually... fill the cup or bucket up with dry ice and water fog and you can see it. now these torris.... slow ones move faster than the big ones so if u shoot a big one then you can get a smaller one to pass through because it is faster.. just put dry ice fog or smoke in so it is visible
