Today I am attempting to dupe a very expensive designed Halloween decoration that I have always wanted to own. Instead of paying the high price tag I am attempting to make my own.

He turned out so, so cute. One more thing, at Hobby Lobby in the Christmas Picks section, they have the sweetest little feather owl picks! I was just checking what😮 they had and bought me one at 50% off. Couldn't believe he was in the Christmas pick section. I got me one and will probably go back and get another. The owl pick is so adorable, and the feathers are super soft! I know you like owls. I hope you are able to find them. These could be added to a simple Pothos Ivy Pot Plant or used in so many creative ways! You are so amazingly talented! I hope you have a great weekend. Oh, I loved the spooky music, too! So fun! I know exactly which owl pick you are talking about and they are adorable. I have a few different little critter ornaments that I have used in my fall tree in the past and I love them.
You are amazing with your crafts! His hands are the best! If you find you need more shading to the orange, take red and brown and shade together on bottom and top of pumpkin and rub in to shade. Will look realistic.good job. Not telling you what to do. Lol

Great ideas. Very original! Thanks for sharing! A tip for the clay store it in a ziplock take what you need keep the rest sealed. You can always add a bit of water to your hands to moisten it. Terracotta absorbs moisture so not a good surface to use. The clay needs a rough surface to stick to. Papermache or tinfoil work better for airdry clay. 🎃🖤🎃🧡
I think I am going to try to find an old blender or food processor and see if I can make my own paper mache. I could do all kinds of projects if I could get that part down.

Did I miss the making of the face?.. well I just heard it finally it was bought, however. I might give the air dry clay a shot on a smaller scale
