I was always coaches to be side standed to cut off an option for the attacker and force them one way, so idk now.

As far as fast players are considered, you must maintain your distance from them and use your body if they get too close.
Don't commit unless necessary. If they get past you (let's say on the wings), it would be smarter to run towards your own box than following them along the touchline (you would need to cover lesser distance and would also be between the goal and the ball).
Use your strength. You can foul them once or twice, it's part of the game.
As far as a CDM video is considered, I am unable to make any videos because of my IRL situation. I'd keep your suggestion in mind once I return after achieving my goals 💪

I have played for about 7 years in football and im 13 now and im taking it very serielsy. Im wanna make it pro, Do you have Any tips and Do you Think its Too late
If you wish to make it to the very top, it's not too late until you are 16 or 17. There are also few edge cases like Vardy who make it to the big stages much later than others, but he's an exception.
Join a club asap and keep working on the basics everyday. Dedicate 4-6 hours to the sport and hire a trainer to help you. If you have the means, a nutritionist would also be very useful.
Most importantly, don't give up on your studies in your quest for Pro football as a backup should always be ready for you in case of unforeseen circumstances (injuries like ACL can ruin an entire career before it even starts)

Haha, that's a structural problem faced by all fullbacks tbh. On the flipside, it can be advantageous if you have overlapped and are in a 1v1 situation- just kick the ball at the opponent's shins and win an easy throw in! XD

100% correct. I do think a lot of factors play into the decision making in a particular instance but as a general rule of thumb, you are spot on

TAA is still brilliant going forward and defense was never really his best suit. But yeah, this season, he has been a major liability for Liverpool in their defensive third. Klopp's men, as a whole, are playing poorly.

@@12yardsfootball cool video some time and effort clearly went into it but your description of a full back has been distorted by klopp and maybe pep also to a certain degree as a conventional full back will never pick up the lines that taa does for Liverpool.. also the first priority of the full back no matter the opposition is to stop the winger everything outside of that is a bonus.. I'm talking at grassroots level so I will say your points stand to a pro team but pros aren't watching this video mate yano
