Secondly, this semi lyles was not at full effort in the last 30 meters, which can be 0.05s slower for each 10m, so that i think he can get maybe 19.3X for full effort this semi. Not to mention that bolt and blake's record can be easily taken, but its the fact that technology is bringing everyone to a higher level now. Personally think that 200m sub 19.30 is not that hard with comparison to sub 9.75
