It’s music like this that made DBZ so epic and popular in America. If only funimation still did this with Super and the newest Broly movie. The Japanese ost is dope but this is the type of DBZ I grew up on.

The sync up of the animation with the song, considering the Movie wasn't made with this song in mind (being Japanese), is genuinely amazing. Whoever came up with the music tracks for the movie Dubs is truly a genius. They basically turned the movie into an AMV, which was both ahead of it's and clever.
I believe Mark Menza was the one who made the soundtrack for the movies and GT. Not sure if he was the one who chose the copyrighted tracks by Disturbed, Haji’s Kitchen, etc., but either way he’s very underrated IMO. Everyone loves to talk about Bruce Faulconer, and he’s great also, but no one shows Mark Menza any love which is a shame. I wish they brought his tracks back for the dub of Super.
I think you guys misinterpreted what Vegeta meant by this. He meant that him giving Goku energy doesn't mean they are friends now, since at this point (cell saga) they weren't really friends.

I feel like a majority of fans don’t take time to consider how large Broly’s backstory really is, which also explains in depth his abhorrence towards Vegeta and Goku. By pureblood Saiyan logic, if a Saiyan’s social class is determined by their at-birth power level with the stronger being the higher class, Broly should’ve sat atop the hierarchy of Saiyans. But Saiyans are hypocrites. When a Saiyan stronger than Prince Vegeta is born, now Broly’s incredible at birth power level is a problem. It wasn’t Goku’s crying that bothered Broly. It’s what it represents. A Saiyan child with a power level of 2 was able to disturb a Saiyan child with a power level of 10,000. You could argue it being Goku displaying his familiar unrelenting, unintimidated attitude, even if he knows his opponent is stronger. You could even argue it during the scene in this movie where he and Broly cross paths for the first time. Even though he was still under his father’s mind control device, Broly’s pureblood Saiyan nature began to show itself, getting angry over sensing Goku absolutely refusing to stay in his place as a low-class Saiyan warrior. Besides that, Vegeta’s reaction to Broly’s power when he was no longer restrained is the normal pure blood Saiyan response. He was literally outclassed which wold suggest that Goku should’ve had the Same reaction. But he didn’t. We know Goku’s not like ordinary Saiyans in that sense. It’s likely offensive to pureblood Saiyans when a lower class won’t back down, let alone being defeated by said Saiyan. We saw this when Goku fought Raditz. We saw it when he fought Nappa. We saw it when he fought Vegeta. From Broly’s perspective, it’s likely the same perspective. If the prince of Saiyans even quit, why won’t Goku? The same thing that irks Broly about Goku is the same that irked the other pureblood Saiyans. He can’t intimidate Goku. He can’t scare him. He won’t stay down even though he’s aware of the difference in their power. Broly showed the pureblood Saiyan response to Goku’s power after he absorbed the power of his friends. When he sensed Goku’s power surpass his, he was afraid. You can see him literally sweating bullets.
While I agree that fans who hate on Broly and their "omg broly hate goku becuz Goku cry tht is so dumb xDdd" bile are morons who miss the point entirely, I think you're psychoanalyzing a cartoon just a little too much. It's the instability of Broly himself that made the constant crying stick in his mind, especially because it reminds of him of being stabbed as a baby.

Unrelated but the first time I saw this movie it really had this threatening aura around it. I'd never seen Goku receive that much of a beating before so DBZ Movie 08 was like a horror movie for kid me back in the day.
