Basically they can isolate certain audio channels using some sort of sound program (probably like audacity), and the music is usually in its own channel/level so you can safely remove it. But the thing is, the voices and screaming are close to the same channel/level as the music so thats why we can hear screaming. I hope you can find out more specifically how to do it for yourself
Yeah, but originally I only had the DVD audio to work with and the sfx leaked through. This time around I have the Blu-ray audio to work with so it came out much better.
