Nonstick is not healthy. Dadar Nakshatra mall on 1st floor there is a shop with utensils of iron, brass, copper, wood ect. it is also very reasonable. buy iron tava from there. Iron tava is also healthy since your body also gets iron from cookingon it. They also have utensils of iron ore ( kacha iron) this metal has lots of different minerals in it. but it has to be used strictly for slow cooking on a very low flame. also it is fragile. giraga to tootega. but sambhalkar use karo to bohot healthy hai. typically soup ya dal ubalne ke liye theek hai.
