Hello I would love to suggest theirs a dish from odisha we call it kakra pitha.. simply roast suji add water and cook upto it becomes a dough add salt to taste and keep it aside .. take another pan put ghee fry one cup shredded coconut add jaggery(sweetness as per your taste) elaichi powder and chena/paneer( shredded) half cup and if possible add khoya and make a stuffing make sure it's not runny ... And stuff the stuffing into the suji dough and fry it under sim to medium flame in oil .. it's a sweet yet savoury snack to enjoy on festivals ..❤

Hello I would love to suggest theirs a dish from odisha we call it kakra pitha.. simply roast suji add water and cook upto it becomes a dough add salt to taste and keep it aside .. take another pan put ghee fry one cup shredded coconut add jaggery(sweetness as per your taste) elaichi powder and chena/paneer( shredded) half cup and if possible add khoya and make a stuffing make sure it's not runny ... And stuff the stuffing into the suji dough and fry it under sim to medium flame in oil .. it's a sweet yet savoury snack to enjoy on festivals ..❤
