@2:25 i got my classA back in 2018 at CrEngland school in Fontana, Ca and they kept all their drivers on a 1year contract after the drivers finished school.. but they were sued and can't put anyone under contract anymore. Fast Forward nowdays, I'm chillin doing dedicated runs from Cali to AZ making great money. Great video.

But good point big dog. I gave them a year on the strength though. I didn’t have to sign no contract or paperwork to commit. But went on and gave them that.. lol
Don’t think it’s that bad bro. I’m in a paid training at first student company. They paying me to train then I can leave after I get my license but if I don’t stay with them for a year all they will do is hold back my last paycheck. I don’t have any restrictions to go elsewhere. Appreciate your content tho.
