Scottville Harvest Festival 1988

Scottville Harvest Festival, Sept. 17, 1988. A film crew working for Dow Chemical was in town doing a story on the Scottville Clown Band members who worked for Dow Chemical in Ludington. Construction of the new Scottville Clown Band Shell had just begun a few weeks earlier and the band performed on the shell stage for the first time.
