We Are was written to celebrate youth, particularly 18 year-olds often sidelined by Japanese society and considered not yet adults but also not children anymore. Be the Light was written in remembrance for the Japan natural disaster of March 2011. Formed in 2005, they are currently one of, if not the, biggest rock bands in Japan. They also have many great upbeat rock live performances you can find on their official channel, if you're interested in checking more of their music.
