- In this episode, we're mothershipping 12 clients to an extremely remote part of Panama's Pacific coast in search of some true giants. The sea is full of life, and like always out here, the fishing is on FIRE. We get into yellowfin tuna, trevally, roosterfish, cubera snapper, tons of big jacks and one client goes for almost an hour-long sleigh ride after hooking into something BIG.
Then, back at the lodge, we're cleaning and cooking up our catch.

Your videos are way more entertaining to watch than many other fishing videos out there. Most of those youtubers don't know how to edit their videos, so they become tedious. You have good editing skills, which makes your videos interesting. I particularly enjoy you showing your friends or clients relishing what they catch at the end. Show more of that.

I know they don't eat well, but jack crevalle are still a fun catch. I have been towed around by a couple, and didn't feel upset by it one bit. Wish there was a shot of the shark, but whaddya gonna do, huh?

Cut the tuna into 1/4’s , split right down the centerline. Then fillet out each side.
