That's a nice space you got there! Great walkthrough on the PK360 - probably one of (if not *the*) best I've seen detailing all the features of the 360. Such a nice grill! Someday when I have space and money... lol! Anyhow, great cook, too!
I’ve been on the fence with this grill. I already kamado big joe, a Weber 26 with Santa Maria attachment, a pkgo and 2 smaller Webers. But this pk 360 is a good looking grill
i see a lot of content coming out with the sous vide process... feel like i have to try it haha . thanks for sharing, look forward to watching more of your videos. cheers

have been looking into a PK grill and debating a PK360 vs a PKTX. in your experience in terms of portability which is easier to move with? Would you have gotten a PKTX now that you have a PK360? Does the PK 360 fit the Go or the PKTX frame?
@@planinshek have you tried it on a table? It will sit on a table, yes but imagine it will be far too hot on plastic table, I guess a wooden table might work but I'm not sure. I haven't tried it myself. It's too easy to just bring along the base if you are taking it somewhere.
@@mdees88 actually I haven’t yet I just got it on the weekend. Don’t know if I’ll ever travel with it though as I bought it for home use. I’ll try to see how hot the bottom gets next cook but your probably right that it needs to be on a cement or fireproof table.
they both are good in their own ways.. the Kamado is a little more versatile, but they can both do direct and indirect cooking, great searing, and retain heat well. neither will rust out either. If i could only have one it would be the Kamado though mostly for the size...
Don't understand why you Sous Vide'd the pork then put them on the grill - seems that they were already cooked, so you were just browning them. Would much prefer to see a video of you cooking something just using the PK, rather than rewarming & browning something you'd already cooked.
because I cooked it to the perfect temperature and then was able to get a nice maillard reaction crust and smoke to it.. my whole channel and brand is based on showing people how to make amazing food using both cooking methods.
@@FireWaterCooking Ok, so you're not using the PK grill to actually cook the food. I guess you're just using it to add some color, or to crisp what yo Sous Vide'd. Just seems odd to call that BBQ'ing.
@@LS-ti6jo I use it for many different kinds of cooking.. just because you think a grill can only be used one way, does not mean everyone thinks like that.. BBQ is a broadly used word for anything cooked with fire.. Expand your mind a little.. even Meathead at AmazingRibs.com likes Sous vide Que...

Bc you have both a ceramic cooker and a PK360, if you could have only chosen one, which would you have gotten and why?
not a fair question as i got the PK for portability.. if I could only have one then the Kamado is my choice..
appreciate the feed back
They're so cute when they're young. 😎
Got one as a gift a few months ago. Works as designed.
I wish for a few more inches in length, width, and depth.
Thanks for sharing

I love the features of the 360 more.. about the same as far as portability
Pk360 made in China. Pk TX made in the US. Pk360 does not fit any other frame.
@@mdees88 pk360 can go on any table though.
