Well said, Jake! I agree with you 100%!! It feels like the mainstream sports commentators give more credit for the success of the Ram's run game to McVay than they do to Kyren, but when you look at the years after Gurley, the Rams have struggled to find a back to carry the team. Darrell Henderson, Cam Akers, Jake Funk, and Zach Evans have all fallen short of expectations, and when Kyren was out last year they went 1-4. Kyren is a special player, and it's crazy to assume Blake can come in and be as productive as him. Don't get me wrong, I hope Blake lives up to the hype, but you're right; it feels like in all the hype, Kyren is being very underrated!
Thank You Jake. I thought Kyren was the #1 RB last year. I can't wait to see what he does this year even if he is rested & doesn't get as many snaps. Rams ... 30+ points per game. So Are we going to be looking at a repeat of the Rams KC shoot out in the SB? Not sure about the opening game or 2 but I think the Rams defense will come together by that time & be able to handle KC.
(Probably shouldn't have capitolized "EVERYONE" but...) Thanks for NOT playing down to your audience, Jake. Social media is, well, for being social more than being serious. Not a chance a healthy K-Will loses his job. He's not Gurley but has comparible vision and I give him MORE credit for doing all that he does withOUT being as physically gifted as Gurley. What McVay did is eliminate (hopefully) the Kyren-less called plays drop-off when he can't be on the field, perhaps add more physicality in the process...and again I say, the Rams, if healthy, have a good chance to sweep the 49ers...My arguement is, the Rams improved while people are assuming the 9ers will be the same team as the last two seasons. I have them dropping a notch or two on the "elite" list in 2024. Thanks again
I love the fact we have someone to give him a breather and keep him fresh Corum is going to be another elite RB after Kyren we ran Gurley into the ground that's why he was hurt next I want to hear hear about Cam Curl & what his role is going to look like 💯🤔 love the show keep up the good work Jake😎😎😎
Have you ever considered doing a fantasy football league tournament. Depending on amount of people, maybe have like 6 leagues.....run it through playoff like normal, overall winner would win by total points scored....I don't know just a thought
As a fan who loves kyren but hated the corum pick at first cus I felt they could traded back for more picks an hit on a rb in issac guerendo in the later round to have a contrast in rb play, but came back around to liking the pick. Kyren reminds me of Emmitt Smith both had a bad combine 40 time both 5'9 an great vision. Emmitt 2nd year in the league he had 365 attempts for 1563 rushing yards in 16 games averaging 4.2 per carry & had 49 recptions for 258yards averaging 5.3. Kyren 2yr averaged the most snaps a game outta all rbs last yr 56.5 outta 678 total snaps in 12 game, averaged 19 carries an 5 yds a carry for 228 carrys and 1144 rushing yards, had 48 targets 32 receptions averaging 6.4 yards a reception an 3.5 targets a game, while 34 snaps were as a pass protector or decoy. Compared to cmc who had the better oline last year averaged 50 snaps a game out of a total of 800, averaging 17 carries for 272 carries an 1459 rushing yards an 5.4yds a carry in 16 games, had 87 targets an 67 receptions averaging 8.4 yards a reception for 564 yards leaving 28 snaps a game as a decoy or pass protection So I wouldn't doubt corum comes in an help carry some of the weight to keep both of them healthy without changing their run scheme much especially after the oline upgrade an depth after free agency an the draft.
Let me remind you that Kyren had 1150 yards 12 tds in only 12 games, McCaffrey who is the best back in the league had only 250 more yards and 2 more tds in 5 more games
The beginning of last year, I thought Kyren was an injury prone average back with a nose for the end zone. I was wrong. He is better than average but because he's still injury prone, Blake Corum might be the best thing that has happened to him this year.
Hey Jake I Love KWill and if he was on some pathetic middle of the road Midwest (Bears)or eastern (Jets )team he would be the Man but because he’s a Ram? He’s dismissed 🤣🤣🤣 just like our 8 and 1/2 over under win total hilarious 🤷♂️ great job as usual Jake 👍 Ride or die Rams!!!😎
The 40 times are a trap. Running backs to me don’t need to have that great of a time what they need is vision and agility. Speed would help insert Chris Johnson but it’s not a be all end all
Karen is great and so is Blake. I'm not dissing KY but Blake is the real deal. KY will do everything you say Jake. We have Blake for insurance...gonna be a great year. GO RAMS!
www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/rams-sean-mcvay-says-one-rookie-in-particular-has-really-stood-out-during-offseason-program/ Ummm....Even McVay wants his upgrade to PLAY....we'll see?! LOLOL Put Alexis on for this bit....he's very underrated....had incredible numbers.....TDs... but...everyone believes it's a fluke.
20-28 is not average Jake. I love e ya brudda but come on bro. The next man up needs to stop in the NFL!!!!!!because these contracts are getting ridiculous.
Until he proves he’s able to not get hurt, he’s not dependable or tuff. Remember Emmitt smith running the rock with a separated shoulder holding onto the ball with one arm. Williams comes out of the PLAYOFF game because of a broken thumb😂
You're 100% right Jake. The Baltimore game showed what a baller he is.
IN KYREN WE TRUST!!!

It's crazy because the player that we call the best RB of all time, Barry Sanders, is only 5'8"
Barry Sanders isn't the best running Back of all times
@@WillieBowen-o2nyes he is. Rushing record would be his had he kept playing
@@bwillz2153 thanks
@@bwillz2153 Emmitt Smith . Passed Barry Sanders. Then Walter Payton.
@@WillieBowen-o2n No one considers Emmitt Smith the best RB, not even Cowboy fans
I’m a huge Kyren fan!!!
Love the shirt Jake!!!👍
I agree I’m all in for kyren !
Kyren yo me is right up there with how I feel about Stafford and Puka, one of the best and gets no credit

Karen Williams is an absolute freaking stud and he's proven it. I think Williams with Corum spotting him will be a great 1-2 punch.
We Luv kyren. And Blake. Great duo Kyren more game’s play offs at least one b healthy probable

Well done Jake!! I think there are some that question if a back with better measurables would be even better than Kyren. So far Kyren has been great!
Have you ever considered doing a fantasy football league tournament. Depending on amount of people, maybe have like 6 leagues.....run it through playoff like normal, overall winner would win by total points scored....I don't know just a thought
He is a very good player hopefully with Corum we have a 1 , 2 punch . Great channel Jake .

Solid RB 💪🏽 dude worked his tail off and it has paid off BIG time!!
I don't see Corum as a replacement but as a compliment to Williams.
He’s not even a compliment…he’s a backup.
Can we get an update on how Kam is doing in camp
Where did you get that kupp shirt?!

Kyren is a beast.
But he needs a back up like Corum
Dude! I NEED that shirt!!!
Kyren is Going to be great hopefully we can get him a rushing title 💯
Yes yes yes yes and more yes

Williams and Corum, left hand right hand, two fisted running offense !
We should of beat the ravens

Kyren has missed 14 games in 2 years, he needs Corum
