i live here in Nagoya…of all the places you’ve said i have never been only in Inuyama…i live in Sakae area, i will go and visit Inuyama soon…your vlog about Nagoya is so good…..more power to you!
The place is very nice. The history can be easily felt, and city seems like an excellent adoptation and adaptation of many sides of western culture.
Enjoyed your video. Nagoya is underrated and overlooked by foreign tourists. Maybe let's keep it that way but it is one of my and my wife's favorite stops. The JR Station alone is worth the stop.
what is so good about jr nagoya station ??
@@stewartmcgill6401It has hundreds of shops and restaurants on multiple floors and has one of the best Starbucks on the 16th floor with a view if you like these sort of stuff. The ‘back side’ where Big Camera is has at least a dozen of new 3-stars hotels at 1/2 the price of other major cities even during peak travel seasons like right now. (We’re actually here for cherry blossom.)
@stewartmcgill6401 as a resident, I'd honestly say use the station as mostly a transportation hub and nothing else.
It's much more crowded than even Tokyo Station on a day-to-day basis due to being smaller and almost every shop in the underground/local shopping district has another location with much shorter lines a short subway ride away.
(Except Yabaton.. that place is insane and always worth the wait)
Hopefully I can go there next year.. :)
Come to visit Royal Taprobane
Is Nagoya zoo better than Ueno zoo?
Also, are the water tanks of Nagoya aquarium larger than Sea Life aquarium in Tokyo? Or maybe there are different species?
