My childhood.. Right there. I used to watch this tape endless times when I was a kid because it came with the VCR. I remember every second of it Thanks for the upload. I've been looking for this video for a while.
Great to see, as Sony technician started in 1983 i repaired all Betamax from SL8000/8080 to SL-HF950ES (all AEP/Europe models). All based on PAL color system. Great to see the SL-C7e. First problems where all keys on top. Poor quality. Than Upperdrum and videohead. Cassettechanger AG-7 was unique. I see also the HVC-3000 camera and the SL-3000 portable recorder. May have another modelnumber outside Europe (NTSC/SECAM color systems) Good old times.
10:53 they should have continued with it - almost all Sony products from the nineties are dead because of dead capacitors that have been soldered to hot at a contractor

Thank you so much.
You took me to my childhood.. Thank you
Omg 😳 thanks 🙏 for this amazing video
Wasn't the C7 also first with index marking? You know, making it easier to find the start of any recording on the tape?
Apologies to the tape damage at the very beginning.
I love that groovy incidental music...
Antique machine from when I was child.
Remember me my first video experience :))
