Oh no! Please cut off the woody stems of the garlic cloves. This is gross. Somewhere in that lovely green sauce those hard woody ends are floating. 🤢 The rice dish was most unusual and looked full of flavor. The peas and potato curry looked very rich and tasty. Must try both.❣❣ It looks like in Tamil Nadu they use a lot of mint in everything. I am surprised by that. Is that normal for Tamil Nadu dishes?
