Veg Maratha Recipe | Maharashtrian Kofta Curry Recipe | वेज मराठा
✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
◇ 1 cup grated boiled potatoes
◇ 1 cup grated cabbage
◇ 1 cup grated carrots
◇ 1 cup grated paneer
◇ 3 finely chopped onions
◇ 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
◇ 1 tsp ginger paste
◇ 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
◇ 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
◇ 5-6 green chillies - chopped & paste
◇ 1/2 cup chopped fresh coriander
◇ 1-2 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
◇ Black salt or regular salt to taste
◇ A pinch of turmeric powder
◇ 1 tsp chaat masala
◇ 1 tsp garam masala powder
◇ 1-2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
◇ 1/2 tsp coriander powder
◇ 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
◇ 1/2 tsp carom seeds (mashed)
◇ 1 tbsp corn flour
◇ 4-5 tbsp gram flour
◇ 1/2 tbsp cashew paste
◇ 1/2 cup tomato paste
◇ 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
◇ 3-4 tbsp fresh cream
◇ 1 cup oil to fry kofta
◇ 1-2 tbsp groundnut oil for gravy preparation (any oil can be used)
