The Easiest No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Recipe You Need to Try!
Welcome to my channel Sam G Kitchen! Today, we’re making an irresistible no-bake blueberry cheesecake that’s as easy as it is delicious. Perfect for any occasion, this dessert will wow your friends and family without having to turn on the oven. First, let’s gather our ingredients.
You’ll need...
✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
◇ 150 gms blueberries
◇ 7-8 digestive biscuit crumbs
◇ 2-3 tbsp melted butter
◇ 200 gms of cream cheese
◇ 2 egg yolks
◇ 2-3 tbsp fresh cream
◇ 3-4 tbsp sugar
◇ 1/2 tsp lime juice
◇ 1-2 tbsp water
To make blueberry jelly, add blueberries, 1-2 tbsp sugar, 1-2 tbsp water and lime juice together to a pan and cook on medium heat until it becomes like jelly. Now let it cool down completely. For the cheesecake filling, take 2 egg yolks and add 1 tbsp of sugar, whish it over simmering water until it thickens. Now I’ll use my homemade cream cheese, 2-3 tbsp of fresh cream and mix it with the egg mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Lastly, don’t forget to mix our star ingredient-half of the prepared blueberry jelly! Start by mixing digestive biscuit crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a small cake pan to create a solid crust. Pour this luscious filling over your prepared crust and smooth out the top, and put the rest of the blueberry jelly on top. Chill in the fridge for at least 8-10 hours or overnight for best results. Once set, enjoy this sumptuous no-bake blueberry cheesecake-it’s the perfect blend of creamy and fruity goodness!

@samgkitchen this leak leaf was only used as a base for a proper dish..and a substitute for a banana leaf..l heard that there are people in my Country who managed to grow healthy palm trees outside of a greenhouse and a pot..it was a Japanese banana tree..but real full-fleged palm trees grew in my Country several dozen milion yesrs ago.. 😆

Good evening My Friend..😊❤.. it was a interesting experience..👨🔬😊.. two types of Chutney.. made by myself..🙃🙂..so far l have bought ready-made ones..in my imagination l crossed Gate of India in Mumbai.. and interesting fact..by the way, l discovered an old Polish dish "Gąszcze".. resembling the composition of Chutney..😳😲🥳.. thank you so much..❤😇👍

@@samgkitchen This savory dish was know in Poland already in Middle Ages....on royal tables..👸🤴.. later is reached "ordinary" people..🧑🌾👩🌾..now it is a craft delicacy..sour-sweet-spicy taste.. added to meat, fish, bread and even cottage cheese..it's amazing what close provenance food can have..like a new International language..🌍🌏🌏

@@samgkitchen Good mornig Dear Friend..❤👋..i'm sorry you has to wait so long to answer. I found several recipe suggestion for GĄSZCZ..1. From dried plums and cranberries..Pour cold water over 20 dkg dried of plums and 20 dkg dried craberries for 1-2 hours. Then add finelly diced and fried red onion, wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar (50 ml each)..cane sugar 10 dkg and cinnamon, powdered allspice, chili and a bit of grated ginger. Cook over low heat for about 1 hour, stirring frequently , until the plums fall apart and the mixture tchickens. Pour into sterilized jars and pasteurize for fiften minute.. 2.From apples..apples from the preferably sour variety. Peel and core them. Cut into cubes , sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside for about 30 minutes..Make a syrup from apple cider vinegar (150ml) and cane sugar (20 dkg), boil for 15 minutes..Add the apples and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Then add diced onion and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 2-3 ground cloves and grate piece od ginger (preferably the size of your thumb)..Cook for another 15/20 minutes until the mixture tchickens and the vinegar evaporates.When ready , place them in sterilized jars and turn them upside down.. Please forgive the written forms of this recipe (it will be an experiment for me too) but I would not dare to imitate your form of communicaction..it is an unrivaled model for me..
