I like it more than Hey Jude or Let it Be.

So good it's hard to describe. So many songs. Paul's songwriting genius will never be matched. He's like the Wayne Gretzky of songs. Or maybe, Wayne is the Paul McCartney of hockey.

the song fits perfectly- it's a beautiful song, and the sun was setting as he sang the line 'sees the sun going down'- Paul didn't plan it- God must've been smiling down on Paul as usual

McCartney's greatest gift might be his uninhibited naivety. He does what his heart tells him and only occasionally sees the significance of it.
Songs like Yesterday and Let It Be both mentioning his mother and his claims later that it never dawned on him that he wrote lines directly attributing "Mother Mary".
This song is stunning.
Graham Taylor this song is a double play on words fool on the hill initially one will take this song as a whimsical ballad but this is the musical genius of Paul McCartney. Just like a later song silly love songs. Some people unrated people's ability when in fact they are illustrious and brilliant Paul McCartney is speaking about a man whom people thinks is a fool but he is not concerned how people perceive him.
I to the Red Square when i was in Russia. Out of all the famous people that has stepped foot there, I'm most proud to have been in the same place as Paul McCartney.

@BILLYNORRISS508 Actually, Paul was pretty much the only one who wanted to keep the Beatles together. And he was one of the guys who MADE the Beatles great, so it wasn't like he lost everything by leaving the Beatles. He still had his own talent.
