I said the same thing at first, but it sounds like he was out on bond pending his court case, but he was supposed to stay in Fulton county. Bracelet alerted when he left the county so that's why the warrant was issued.
Effective vs overloaded
They've probably updated the technology over the years but the way they use to be is they could only tell you if they were not in the location they are suppose to be but couldn't actually tell you where they're at. They had to set up a parameter around your house, and it would notify the courts if you passed that parameter but couldn't tell them where you went. It's hard to imagine they haven't updated that technology over the years though.

My ex had a similar problem working as a cashier in Ohio. Approximately 30 to 40 teens stormed into the store and started filling their pockets, smashing wine cases , pillaging. There was literally nothing she could do. The owner took a huge loss.

I was driving home from iowa and stopped at Mac Donald’s for lunch, the asked me to wait in the drive thru parking lot, several vehicles came and went! I went in and asked for my order, they apologized that it didn’t get made! I asked for a refund and they gave me my money and my order free! If you are courteous and patient you will be treated better. 😊

The one with the teenagers is a real problem for McD's. As a manager, I've had to call the police on teenagers several times, cause their parents are utter garbage letting their kids behave in such a manner.
Watching many of these videos, when the parents show up on scene, it’s apparent why the kids act like that. I’ve even seen some parents get arrested for causing chaos and hitting cops because their “baby” Is being arrested.
My HS had a McDonald's literally the next building over, so imagine lunch time with 20x more kids in that video. It could've been because this was 20 years ago, but 99% of us acted civilized in there- get in, line up to order, dine there or take it to leave- besides talking loud, no major problems. Even the 'bad kids' of our school rarely made problems. The kids today want 100% respect without giving an ounce out themselves..

I remember 20 years ago, people were a lot more civilized, even kids, cause if their parents came by or heard through the grapevine that their kids were acting up? They actually punished them, instead of parents today.

Working at taco bell with a gun is wild
There was a young woman shot and killed in a taco bell drive thru a couple weeks ago. The man then shot himself in the head in front of everyone. Should like somewhere it's dangerous to work these days. They need to stop gatherings of aggressive teens who have no respect for law abiding, hardworking adults. There's some abysmal parenting going on in American homes and neighborhoods.
