Authentic Goshtaba aisa nai banta hai..., Mutton jo seelbatte se banta hai wo Authentic hai... Wo first process hai usi se Goshtaba ka taste bohath Accha hota hai👌😋
Boneless chicken should be boneless thighs and legs meat then grind it do not use breast meat ,your recipe is perfect I make it the same way,thanks for sharing the egg part I was not aware of it .
Though the curd was fresh but it must have been sour this happens when the curd is not refrigerated on time after setting , do not use sour curd bought from market for this recipe to be on a safer side use packaged ones..or add a teaspoon of sugar to neutralise the sour taste
I don't mind. This is new for us in Bangalore and looks very interesting. I would like to try this. I may reduce the total quantity of cardamom, though.. Thank you for the recipe and a very nice video..

Inspite of adding fresh curd, it was quite sour. I had to add fresh cream to reduce the tartness. Any suggestion?
