Was definitely going to say that! You see her mindset and her final minutes leading up to the fatal crash that took her life. She also gets more into the spirituality and numerology aspect that influences a lot of her art and her traumatic family history. One of the best music artist documentaries I’ve ever seen real sh!t
Even though you’re probably only like 2-3 years younger than me you make me feel old asf when you watch biopics, because of how much you don’t know about the real celebrities. 😂😭😭 I know realistically you wouldn’t know everything because we weren’t really around during that time, but it’s still so weird, when you don’t know things I assume everyone knows 😭😭
Lisa came from a very creative family. And she was very creative and talented in many ways. Causing her to see the wold different, causing people to think she was crazy but she honestly wasn’t. You will see how in the documentary on her final days. Also Ne-Yo is a producer, songwriter, actor, dancer and ofc singer. He wrote Beyonce’s popular song Irreplaceable.
Both this movie and The New Edition Story taught me a lot about the music industry. You can be #1 and sell out arenas worldwide, and not make a red cent 😥 Great reaction as always SLK ✌🏿
I have Sickle Cell Anemia, and man, I tell you, it ain’t NO joke! I admire T Boz for following her dreams, especially dealing with all she did with SC, and everything else. SC is not just a one thing illness. It involves the blood, your organs, severe pain, plus… There’s a lot of limitations, but if you’re strong you can live a fulfilled life.
Man I remember when Left Eye died. I was little but it was all over TV. I also watched her documentary which was filmed literally up until the moments of her Car accident. It’s really sad but also informative.
The key in the hoop earring thing was started by Janet jackson. She kept the key to Michael Jackson's lion cage there, so she wouldn't lose it. Looking after his lions was one of her chores. The style became popular from her😊
Love when T boz had her baby. All odds were against her with her sickle cell but she fought and made it through. When are you going to put Diary of a Mad Black Woman on You Tube? Still waiting for that one.❤
When Lisa was doing her last trip in Honduras she documented it !! The last days of Lisa left eye Lopez . You should react ! It’s deep ! Also this is legit my favorite group of all time ! So thank you for reacting !!!!
My bros and sis grew up in the 90s, and introduced me to TLC's songs. I was born in 99, but their music and style are so vibrant, so nostalgic. I saw this on VH1 with my brother, it was really good. Watching the biopic, I tried not doing a Sing-a-Song Challenge, but I couldn't resist. 😅 I love your commentary, glad you enjoyed it.
These ladies came out my senior year of high school and blew up the scene. 💯 They said they wanted to be the female version of Bell Biv Devoe. Notice the similarities between the Ain't Too Proud To Beg and Poison performance from the NE movie.
7:09 I think Janet Jackson started that trend a while back 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Update: I found the interview where she explains it th-cam.com/video/UNh8c-yi7bI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Ga-4J26UU1VqkbTp @ 1:12
Hey, I would like to say that, coming from an early 2000s '02 baby, I really love all the older artists and even my early ones as well!! But hold up, TLC is my fav but also like the others as well, and also a Jackson fan as well, and other artists from back then, but for this particular reaction, I hope soon enough you'll learn about them!! I'm looking forward to it...Keep it up👌🏾❤️with the reactions
I can relate on that! I loved artist that had a dancing factor to their talent/music, so that’s who I gravitated to. Learning about hip hop artist has been an interesting journey.. appreciate you for the love bro, more content flooding out soon🫶🏾💜💜
I remember growing up being a big fan of tlc. Most people don't even remember their first album but I'm old enough to remember it. My sister and I would argue about who is going to be who in the group, as we pretended to be them. This was long before Waterfalls and No Scrubs. I remember hearing the news of Lisa's passing over the radio as I was heading to school.
Keke Palmer playing chilli Lil mama playing Left eye and drew Sidora playing t Boz that’s it’s a biopic of TLC there songs creep waterfalls and no scrubs
I have sickle cell disease it’s tough when I see TBOZ fall out because of it on here I felt her pain man fr 😓 I love how she over coming the illness even though it’s hell but I push through it everyday 🙏🏽
I enjoyed the movie but being the huge fan that I am of TLC, it was a lot of information that wasn't included in the movie that would've made it even better. But overall, it still was a good movie. Especially for the people who aren't as knowledgeable of their history.
I say this all the time. I love the movie, it’s one of my favorite biopics but some scenes were either one sided or didn’t happen at all. Such as Left Eye being present for when T-Boz had her daughter, T-Boz said Lisa never got the chance to meet Chase, which is odd. Because Lisa was still alive, T-Boz had Chase in 2000 & Lisa died in 2002. I have no idea how she never got to meet her daughter & when Left Eye was going back to Honduras & right before they got the call that she passed, the scene in limo w/ Lisa saying her byes & love you to T-Boz & Chilli, that also technically didn’t happen either. T-Boz was in the hospital during that time when Lisa was going back to Honduras & Chilli & Lisa wasn’t speaking at all. Lisa made peace w/ T-Boz when she was in the hospital for those 4 months, she actually almost died from her sickle cell crises but made it through but Left Eye & Chilli never got the chance to make peace before she left for Honduras & let Chilli tell it, she tried to reach out while she was in Honduras but Left Eye’s assistant said she never called since she was always the one w/ her phone. The biopic was good but it should’ve been made into a series format so certain topics & situations could’ve been broken down more clearer.
@@ReeseLJonesXI think they added the scene back of both of them making up with Lisa to give themselves closure. Chilli probably wishes every day that she could’ve made up with Lisa, so in a perfect world, that scene was her closure.
Bro you talk like these aren't real people. Do just a little bit of research please bro. Dallas Austin, Pebbles, L.A. Reid, Babyface. Etc. Are our Black entertainers. And not like fictional characters. All of these Artists Have been at the top once.

I love all of their songs and I’ve actually went to their concert for the first time and I’ve had so much fun, and I have some T-shirts of TLC, so I am a big fan of TLC
How are you from Atlanta and not know who TLC is? You must have grew up in a strict Christian home. You don't know Tupac? Your parents didn't listen to music?

I’m a very big TLC fan - so I only know the world of TLC so to see someone take on their story and react the way you do… took me down memory hill. TLC remains the biggest selling girl group in America and 2nd biggest in the world after Spice Girls
