That was really helpful Smita. Specifically the minimal skincaee for an oily skin like me. But I do include a Niacinamide serum to prevent oxidation and sebum, it helps.

Love the face oil highlighter. It looks natural. There is so much gaudy looking highlighter out there that just makes people look alien-like and like they’re trying way too hard.

If I’m out and about and want a highlight, I use a Vaseline lip balm 😂 glide it quickly over the cheekbone and then tap in a bit. But I don’t wear foundation makeup and am not sure how it affects foundation.

Oil as a highlighter is great if you are doing editorial or wear no makeup. Otherwise it just messes up the makeup underneath and makes it all wear off quickly.

The tilbury tap is actually a real facial massage technique called tapotement.
Well i learnt the same thing from my own experience that too much skin care and especially under eye cream is not that good before makeup.. Although we can do it a little before makeup so that it has time to sink in and then we can use a bit of tissue paper to remove excess.
