    Technically speaking...they are called TIES for COLUMNS...for BEAMS are called STIRRUPS!! FYI only...!You have very informative Vlogs!!

    taga gawa ng anilyo, last bend mo nsa ilalim lahat pero minsay nasa ibabaw ka, epekto ay lahat ng hook ay nasa ibabaw lahat pero ang ilang nsa ilalim ang hook kc sa missed na last bend. magre rekllamo ay kamador at pagagalitan ka. over all ok ka minsan error. cheer ka lng pra sa iyo yun advice na yun

    ang purpose po ng lateral ties.. to hold vertical bars for lateral movements, slenderness and buckling... seismic hook 135° NSCP CODE 9db or 3db+75mm...

    According to NSCP (National Structural Code of the Philippines) at ACI (American Concrete Institute), ang minimum concrete cover (tinatawag sa videong ito na clearance) na kailangan ay 40mm at hindi 2.5cm or 25mm kagaya ng sinasabi sa videong ito. Dagdag ng NSCP at ACI, ang 40mm minimum concrete cover ay para sa structural element na atmospheric ang exposure kagaya ng column o poste, biga at iba pa. Pinapayagan ng NSCP at ACI ang 20mm minimum concrete cover sa supended slab kahit atmospheric ang exposure nito. Sa mga structural elements naman na exposed to earth/soil like footing, strap beam, tie/grade beam, sinasabi ng NSCP at ACI na 70mm ang kailangan na minimum concrete cover. Samakatuwid, di pinapayagan ang 2.5cm o 25mm na minimum concrete cover at ito ay hindi tama kung design guidelines ang pag-uusapan.

    Sir tanong lng po kng ang poste po 20 cm at ang taas ay mga 270cm, mga ilang deform bars kaya yung mauubos sa isang poste..?salamat sir

    Sir pano kung gusto ng engineer o arkitekto na lumang design ng anilyo 90 degrees lang ano ba pwede gawin para gawin ang 135 degrees?

    Ang tawag po dyan kung sa column lateral ties pag sa beam stirrups... NSCP pag sa column po like exterior column exposed sa weather 50mm po ang concrete covering sa interior column 40mm...Sa footing at footing tie beam or substructure 75mm concrete covering sa suspended beam 40mm....✌️✌️✌️

      not really. mggng 50mm lng ang concrete cover kapag 20mm or more ang size ng rebar. 16mm lng usually ginagamit sa mga ganito.

      Dipende po sa taas ng bahay at laki, kung 2 storey or bungalow or mas mataas pa or malaki,
      Then yung sa footing foundation dipende sa quality ng soil, pag hill type either abutin mo ung solid na adobe or mag PILE FOUNDATION po kayo

      puedeng 10x12inches (25cm x 30cm) angposte,
      then 8x10 ang anilyo

    Sir, paadvice nmn. Gagawa kasi ako ng bahay, ung may 2nd floor ang sukat lng niya ay 19'x10' bale anim na poste un kasi kwarto ung isa.. may slab po xa.. ang column footing ko 10mm nabili ko.. ang column po ay 4pcs na 12mm at 2pcs 10mm sa isang column.. lalim at luwang ng column ay 1mx1mx1m

      gamitin nyo na lang po sa steel matting ng slab ung 10mm na nabili nyo, then gawin nyo pong 12mm ang column footing, para mas sure, kase ang size ng column footing rebar ay kasing size ng pinakamakapal ng rebar ng poste nyo, in your case 12mm po yon

    Ano po sukat ng anilyo kapag ang poste is 10 inches ang lapad? Tanong Lang po

      Bas lang po ng tig 1 inch kabilaan,
      So kung 10 poste, 8 anilyo
      Pag 12 , 10
      Pag 16, 14,
      Basta may space lang po na 1 inch all sides para magkasya ang graba at may proper concrete cover

      bawasan mo ng 2 inches in one side or 1 n 1/2 inches. 6 x 6 or 7 x 7 inches edge to edge

      Kung ang tanong mo ay pagsusukat ng anilyo: sukatin mo lang ung per side then add 4 inches
      example: ang poste mo ay 30 x 30 cm (12x12 inches)
      So magbabawas ka ng 1 inch each side para sa concrete cover, so ang size ng anilyo mo is 10x10 inches, + ung bale sa dulo na tig 2 inches, so ang putol ng bakal mo ay
      10+10+10+10+2+2=44 inches,
      Kung ang tanong mo ay sukat ng over lap ng anilyo:
      Pag may 135° na bale ang ideal is 2 inches kase more than that mahirap na irotate para sa positioning
      Pag wala namang 135° ung bale ang ginawa lang ay 90° normally ang sinusunod don ay ung walang tapon ang 600 cm na bakal kaya sinasakto na divisible ung cut

    Stirrups, also called “ties” or “hoops” but why are you still using rebar tie wires? I know in your American ally country still uses rebar tie wires. But in Russia we are now gradually using mechanical bolt clamps on a universal basis and are made out of tungsten-vanadium-chromium steel against geological seismic waves and against geological shockwaves of detonating thermo-nuclear warheads. We tack weld them to be assured of a secured hold as a rule of thumb. In your country which is full of earthquakes, you should be using these mechanical bolt clamps
