Drove a bunch of teachers looney, landed my first girlfriend, and wore a lot of rayon. A glorious year!
This one hits close to home...literally. LOVED Video Factory. That's what we had in Buffalo before Blockbuster took over everywhere. Also Quality Markets and Jubilee Foods were the 90s Buffalo supermarkets...in the 80s they were Bells and Super Duper respectively (My favorite era since I'm an 80s kid)

I just got the cable reconnected so I can watch TV like the 90s. Unfortunately commercials just don't have that upbeat wacky tone/ feel. They are so boring, all medication. Also the channels suck they just don't feel the same. It has only been a couple weeks since I watch real TV since 2001..... Once I joined the Army I was too cheap to get cable, then I was deploying like crazy, by the time I came back it was 2012 and was so out of touch, then Netflix came into my life.
when you see the literal monsters these corporations have revealed themselves as, with their social engineering and teaming up with big govt to be our overlords, it's hard to get nostalgic for anything related.
