On your point of a substitute for Ash, I’ve been really liking one D.D. Crow. Of course a weaker HT, but still does “something” vs almost every deck. It specifically feels good when the OP forces you to use the trap early (they always draw the 1-of Duster for some reason).
I assume you mean the siding pattern. I already explain what decks I side gizmek for in the video. For going second I take out terraforming, feather storm, and some combination of the dark ruler/evenly/thrust/feather duster. If I side in gizmek, I definitely side out evenly matched since its dead with a monster on field
when playing against infernoble and Manadium, did you also side in the drolls or did you decided to go for cosmics to play around potential floodgates? @@thedoublehelix356
Hi, my compliments on the W and great list! I was wondering what your opinion is on the 3x empen accompanied by the 2x unexplored winds in exchange for 1 raiza and 1 extravagance. In my experience I never missed raiza as a brick and poor interaction with winds and can be problematic with shifter, also it is very easily counterable. I prefer the extra consistency from the 2x winds and the loopability (plus the fact that sending the cards just "happens" as opposed to all the levels of disruption raiza is subject to) of Apex avian that winds give me even going second. Winds is just an autowin in so many cases. However you clearly have more experience than I do tho, so pls let me know your opinion, got a big tournament coming up on saturday : )
Hi and thanks for the comment. Unfortunately, any benefits from the extra winds and empen are completely dwarfed by the increase in bricking. The utility of raiza as both an offense option, and defensive option for recycling your shifter or feather storm is paramount to achieving an unloseable game state. I dont understand how shifter and raiza can be problematic as this is a great combo. When playing at a competitive level, winds is often not an autowin and will lose to your opponents evenly matched or board wipe.
@thedoublehelix356 I often find myself banishing the shifter off of stri just to not have it as a dud and then raiza becomes one or viceversa. Thanks a lot for your answers! What is your opinion on 2 stris or toccans if I may ask?
@alessandrocupolo9843 I address it in the video, not the format for 2 toccan or stri as the current meta decks are too fast and you need to open more non engine cards
You can technically just replace thrust with another copy of dark ruler and evenly and probably be fine. But without thrust i wouldn't main the feather storm.
@thedoublehelix356 the only reason I chose fire is because I am on infernoble. I recently settled on a light target in iris swordsoul and it's neat in testing
No never, the opportunity cost of playing book of moon compared to something else higher impact is too great. The deck plays through hand traps like ash and imperm well enough without cards like book of moon
If you were to get droll out from the side deck wich cards would you choose to put in instead of it? Also, against Unchained going first did you feel the need to put the 3 cosmic cyclones in?@@thedoublehelix356
@MartimMora I'm not sure, droll was a safe pick for a high variance tournament like a regional, so id have to think about it more. Against unchained I absolutely played the 3 cosmic cyclone, it is mandatory for opposing floodgates and at worst is an easy out to their set traps
Ty, did you finde yourself siding the 1 ash going second against any match-up? Also, was there any match-up in wich you sided out shifter or did you keep it in all the time to prevent you from losing to veiler/droll?@@thedoublehelix356
@@MartimMoraI might have sided ash going second against labrynth or maybe unchained. Shifter always stayed in, would only be removed for the mirror match or something silly like kashtira or stun
What do you mean? In the tcg this card in hand will trigger when you normal summon any floowandereeze monster. Thus if you summon Robin CL1, Simorgh will be CL2
@@thedoublehelix356 is it different in the ocg then? Because what i know is that in your hand it doesn‘t trigger on your summon, it will start a new chain
@@thedoublehelix356 this is what happens in Master duel: you summon robina, cl1 robina, then your opponent can react, you search eglen and then simorgh Starts a new chain und you summon him, then you will summon eglen from robinas effect THEN eglen and simorgh trigger at the same time thus you can cl1 eglen and cl2 simorgh, which would not work in your Deck since you can‘t trigger simorgh because of no targets
@masteronii-chan3958 not worthwhile at all, bricky and the chance of ypu actually drawing it is slim. You're better off putting in the 2 barrier statues going first if thats the kind of play you're looking for, but I also don't think that's worthwhile
All Hail Emperor Penguin 🐧 floowandereeze best deck
Hell yeah good sir 🎉
I was the R6 Infernoble, pretty sure my eyes grew twice as big when he summoned statue while I'm sitting on Called by and Crossout, good shit man
Hey dude! Nice meeting you, and ya I could imagine how safe you felt then you got T0 barrier statue'd ahahaha

I use one too cause it's searchable. And I play Harpie's Harpist
Yah but it doesn’t feel great when you have shifter u know
@@brittt2421 then don’t search it?
I thought I was crazy for siding with 1 ash and less than 3 droll. Thank you for confirming my sanity
Thanks for sharing the list. What about lightning storm over cosmic cyclone ?
Lightning storm is fine, cosmic has more applications against a chained TCBOO, zombie world, skill drain or other floodgate
Wind Barrier Statue Who?
Leave it to the Floo God to Win 2 Regionals with some birds and a dream
Wind barrier statue? Never heard of her
Firstly congratulation and thanks for the decklist
Can you explain your change for the side? Expecially for the Gizmeck pack
Thank you a lot ☺️

Do you have a list or some recommendations what to play with Thrust being out of the budget?
You can technically just replace thrust with another copy of dark ruler and evenly and probably be fine. But without thrust i wouldn't main the feather storm.
Infinite Impermanence is bad for floowandereeze?
In which matchup is the water statue a thing? i dont recall any water monster being used
Anyway I can contact you? I’m looking for a testing partner for floowandereeze
When do you use gizmek if you can't do the floor combo
I used this same uka strat against unchained but with fire statue. It's fun
