What PMax structure would you recommend for companies using POAS (e.g. through ProfitMetrics) - let's say Apparel stores? Also what is your thoughts on Producthero Labelizer?

The same rules apply with or without ProfitMetrics. I would per se say you need to do anything special when using POAS instead of ROAS. Although it can be good to be mindful of the optimal POAS levels for different products. Some maximize profit at 150% POAS while others maximize at 250% POAS.
But it can be hard to see that in P-Max right now as you can't get the same impression share data as with standard shopping.
