The lyrics that's not clear because of the beats are: "Common side effects may include nervousness, insomnia, nausea, agitation, anxiety, sweating, vision problems, psychosis, numbness, dizziness, headaches, weight loss." That statement clearly speaks about what the song is conveying. Side effects of a medicine (example, anti-depressant pills, etcetera) that's usually prescribed to people with mental illness like depression, anxiety, and such. You can also see it in their choreography, which is really chaotic and mind fxck. It has a lot of hand movements that symbolizes what's going on in one's head whenever anxiety or other mental illness attacks him/her. The back-up dancers represents each member's shadows. It's a masterpiece with great artistic expression that proves Stray Kids' uniqueness and amazing talent. It is once again, produced by 3RACHA.
