shopee or lazada marami mura, pero dont forget to compare. ang prices sa mga online store ay hindi fix ang price, depende sa demand. taas baba, usually nagstock ako kapag may sale. and also wait nyo ang mga vouchers at free shipping.

Try nio mag low carb diet at intermittent fasting. Laki na tipid ko nung once a day na lang ako nakain at naka fast ng 23 hours. Wala na akong need for junk food, mga gardenia, 3in1 coffee etc. Di na rin ako nag gamot for hypertension at diabetis kasi reversed na sya. Kahit single ka or with family, malaki na tipid ko kasi 3 na lang sa family ko nag rice. I was able to save 10k per month with 21k monthly salary. Di na rin ako nag eat out kasi sa wala ng cravings for kofi at mga desserts. Wala na ding Street foods.

Nagawa ko na mostly dito Sa mga tips Ni Chunked but guilty ako sa paghoard. Kasi dito sa australia mayroon na sale ng items sa grocery store. Half price or less kaya bili na ako ng maramihan. Kasi hindi ko alam kung kailan uli sale. Kaya malaki natitipid ko. Pero hindi naman ganoon kadami na mag expire na. What I do when we buy the usual items I have a notebook and write the prices. Like example, 1k jumbo tender juicy hotdog is P186 nasa notebook ko na Yung price. We
stick to the grocery list.We don't bring the exact money sobra naman dala namin money but at least we already know the estimated cost when we grocery shop.
