The FIRST McLaren Senna EVER on the Nurburgring!

- What a dream! Taking my McLaren Senna for a lap at the famous Nurburgring and in doing so being the first ever Senna to lap the Green Hell! Kicking off from Esser with a supercar convoy we drive some amazing roads through the Eiffel Mountains to get to Nurburg before the real fun commences...
Esser, the Koenigsegg and Rimac dealer in Germany hosted a gathering in the morning that was joined by a Porsche 918 Spyder, McLaren Mercedes SLR, Lamborghini Aventador SV, and many more Porsche GT3 RS, AMG GT Rs, BMW M cars and so much more. We get started bright and early with the Senna departing for a road route drive towards the famous race circuit.
With the Easter Weekend being a particularly busy time at the Ring, it's not unusual to find some big traffic jams and as such a bit of time to get around meaning by the time we can reach the circuit it's just at the very end of the day. Taking the car around makes it quite literally the first ever final production spec or customer McLaren Senna that has ever even gone around the circuit, although taking place during Touristenfahrten one must remember the road is busy and full road rules apply.
There is no question this car is beyond words, the performance is unbelievably and to be able to drive it on such tarmac, despite not being a track day or under full speed conditions, made for something really truly special. It had to happen and now it has! I took my McLaren Senna for a lap at the Nurburgring with Misha from Apex after an amazing supercar convoy to get there alongside a 918, SLR, Aventador SV and many more. What an amazing day out, and a phenomenal way to end it being the first ever Senna to go around the Green Hell.

@@tracktimevideos5164 no if you crash on the nurburgring it is at your own risk, so you have to pay the damage for your car and the damage you did to the track.
@@j.v.e.9335 yes if you don't get insurance to drive on the Nurburgring. For my car insurance for the Nordsleife is £300 a day. I have been a few times as per my vids. Google is your friend.

The first customer Senna! Last year the Senna prototype was also on the Ring!
Yes indeed, they took a test mule, the a prototype did a cruise lap, but this is the very first ever full production spec Senna to go around I believe; which feels really quite special!

So, let me get this right. Tim has taken nearly all his cars around The Ring. But somehow, people still give him a hard time about “not driving his cars the way they should be driven”. There are a ton of car youtubers that only drive their supercars around London, LA, etc. their cars never even see track, ANY TRACK. At best, others take their supercars to a local canyon road or have the highlight of supercar ownership with a collection video at the dealership.
Thanks for the support. The amusing thing for me is that it goes in cycles and when there's a new car being run in again; or particularly during winter time when the weather isn't up for this, it will all start again. Bring on the rest of this summer, and then what happens next year! In the mean time, I'm going to do my best to share the experiences with the cars I'm lucky enough to have in my garage and beyond.
