I have a k2 I let the kids run around with it when I’m not using it for pigs my 10 year old said it’s the ultimate hide and seek cheat code at night they have been running around with it for a month or so it’s held up well
Have yet to commit to buying one yet. Keep holding out for better price point on some. This one has it good points but no card slot kinda sucks. Hopefully it's price point will come down some too eventually as it not bad, not great. The battery setup is great if you wanna carry some extras but they really should put a charging port on it to charge or add a flat pack to operate. That would be awesome.
The ATN Thor LT is similar in price. It gets amazing resolution at incredible distances. You also have the AGM.Taipan . I think cheaper. That has decent resolution at over 200 yrds
You should mention the model of the AGM you’re comparing to. They make several models that use the same housing and have varying degrees of performance and price.

I put mine on a pan tilt and magnet it to the top of my truck and WiFi it to my phone to look for pigs works awesome
