Thank you for the continuous support and positive comments you shower with me all the time. It came out really well. Just as I envisioned in my head and hopefully help keep your Printer a little clean.
I’ve been using hockey pucks for years. Most of my tables sit on hockey pucks or wheels. It helps with damping and when you move a table, it doesn’t scratch the Powdercoat off. They’re cheap and assessable. Thanks for your continuing support.
The holes in the original enclosure have its purpose -> creating draft inside, so the modular board and dwarf boards including heatsinks have access to colder air in order to cool it down.
Thank you for your positive comment. I am monitoring in a temperature inside the original enclosure and the enclosure I made. I’m monitoring temperatures to make sure that they don’t get too high with a seasonal changes in my shop. I might have to add a fan in the enclosure I made to keep it cool. Keep the XL Prusia, printer, clean, and cool is a primary concern of the enclosure enclosure. I built. Please consider subscribing and help support my channel.
Well thought out project. Like how this came out.

You have to love 80/20!
Yes, I do, this project turned out, unbelievably well. Better than I imagine.
I really like your hockey puck method for vibration dampening/adjustable feet. Simplest solution is the best solution.
