- This was another one of those impulse buys that I just couldn’t pass up. I have seen this model on several cooking competition shows and wanted to know why they chose this model. The Breville Sous Chef 16 Pro is about as high end as I can get. It’s not a cheap item, both dollar wise and construction wise. Come with me a take a look at all you get for $400 (USD)

I bought the dice and peel discs a month after I got the new processor, pricey but well worth every cent. perfect dice for soups salads salsa and everything else including hash browns.
I looked at the dice and peel but I cant justify it for my size family. There is only 2 of us.

Rusty, you have inspired me to get back into cooking and purchase the following items: the Breville Sous Chef 16 cup Peel And Dice food processor with the additional 8 mm & 16 mm dicing kits, the Breville Sous Chef 12 plus food processor, the Braun Immersion Blender and the Ace Nova blender. Hi Catherine, the items weren't sponsored, they were items we bought and tested for ourselves. As for not having any new videos, yes, you are correct. We have been having difficultly getting videos done during the pandemic. Sorry for the disappointment, we are trying to get back up and running.
