Sole Swapping Black Bape Roadsta's & Replacing Patent Leather Panel

I almost didn't take this pair in for a restore. The client originally just wanted a sole swap but after tearing down the shoes, there were other issues that needed to be taken care of. It would be difficult to swap this pair without replacing the patent leather on the heel first. I ended up buying a roll of patent leather and cutting out the panel 1:1. After stitching on the new material, I added the new sole.

These are my shoes that he’s working on. I sourced a cheap pair of recently released roadstas from 2022/2023. At the time I didn’t know where to find roadsta reps, but if i did I would’ve gone with that as a donor.
