I can't remember the line exactly but Axelrod says something like 'A boy becomes a man when he buries his father' fucking class line
This week's episode was by far the best one the show has ever had. It was also one of the best executed episodes I've ever seen on a tv show. You kind of knew what was going to happen and were still surprised when it finally took place. And that moment Chuck and his father have at the end - where all the pieces seem to fall into place naturally - geez how much more addictive can this show get?
every next one is always better than its preceding one :-)
The pilot was sooooo good
very sophisticated show, the on going chess tournament of tactics and strategy are epic. Gives the meaning of The art of War a new home in this show🖒💯

I'm pretty sure i heard his English accent in the word FINALLY.
And I keep forgetting the guy that plays Bobby isn't American.
i cannoott he sounds totally out of character when he speaks with his accent
Damian Lewis, one of the best male actors today in my mind.

my favourite scene of the whole show
As a member of the Yale Club, it always bugged me that this scene wasn't filmed there. I love all the attention the club gets in the series but just wish they got to film the real place. These scenes were filmed at the Union Club I believe.

While I was at Columbia, I went inside Yale club once because the CIO of FedEx was holding a speech there.
Interesting hearing his accent in the show juxtaposed with his English access off screen.

When I was watching this scene, I was just saying to myself: "...just go ahead and hit this guy Axe." I loved most of this episode, really hate I have to work this coming Sunday night :(
This episode was nutts, Axe can't win in this season, so far.
