- In this video we will tell you the reason why Bajaj Dominar 400 failed in the Indian Market despite having a lot of new and updated features over its rivals.
Bajaj Dominar 400 generates 38.8 bhp of power and 35 nm of torque from its 373.3cc engine. Single cylinder engine of Dominar 400 has a 6 speed manual gearbox. With both rear and front disk brakes, Bajaj Dominar 400 also has an anti-locking braking system. This 184 kg bike is available in 2 colours.
In its price segment, the Bajaj Dominar 400 competes against the Royal Enfield Himalayan, KTM 250 Duke and Suzuki Gixxer 250.

Well, we would like to suggest you to compare the following.
1. Sale figures of Dominar 400 and RE in 2020.
2. Marketing strategies of Bajaj and RE.
3. After sales service of both the Companies for the above mentioned Bikes.
Even after 2 years ahead of its launch, it doesn't sell in numbers as targeted.
And its a video about how Bajaj Mishandled the beautifully crafted bike that might have changed the touring scenarios of the country but its marketing strategies were not capable enough to do so.

DOM is selling quiet well according to it's segment and price.I know there are some Bajaj's service centre who aren't providing good service bt in my city I've really got quiet a good service and I'm still getting it now. Whereas the RE showroom doesn't even have a mechanic for Himalayan and my friend has to go 200km away to get his service done😂😂
Correct boss there are some service stations of bajaj those who can deliver a great service to dominar but there are many who still don't know about the bike till now. So sorry!
And secondly it is not comparison video, its a video that how bajaj mishandled and misadvertised the bajaj dominar comparing it with RE.

So true. My suspension was toattly damaged but mechanic told me it's ok and it was fine. Later I came to know that suspension failure
The problem with Bajaj is that they forgot, kids/youth rides pulsar and matured read 30+ riders ride enfield. Dominar has no scope or niche.

Agar apko ek power cruiser chaiye for long touring to Dominar 400 lo, agar apko daily commute ke liye bike chaiye jisse aap kabhi kabhi long tour pe jaa sako to duke 250 lo.
Dominar is specially for touring and long rides.
Iske alawa dominar 250 bhi le sakte ho
Dominor should also focus on looks
Cruiser bike h looks nhi milega.
