Are the authorities planning to replace the coupler? The locomotive behind had an automatic coupler.

No ideas about the authorisation on the replacing its original coupler but mostly the carriages of the Cambodian trains are using the normal couplers since the pass. Royal Railways kept only few locos of YDM4 for its original coupler.
