As an alternative you could stay in a hotel for 1st 2-3 days and register in commune with hotel bills. Then you could shift to airbnb if cheaper than hotel. Now all you future documents will go to the hotel until you register your new place. In this case just ask hotel staff to collect your documents and let you know once they receive anything for you.

Usually all the hotel accepts this request. Even for us our hotel did the same for first 2-3 weeks.
