    Ballasted CH up to 12mtrs abt and stopped. Air pressure with water coming out from port side bilge sounding pipe. Ideas?

      could be to various reasons,
      But I feel the ship might have had list to port side or during rolling it os common phenomenon we get to see ballast water out from air pipes and sounding pipes.
